Join Mrs. Tymecki to make a batch of awesome ooey gooey
slime. We’ll experiment with techniques and recipes, and see what we can

cupcake vs. cupcake in this tasty competition! Team up and compete to create
the most creative cupcakes! Finished cupcakes will be judged on neatness,
difficulty, creativity and overall appearance. Registration required. Program

CAT BEDS FOR CHARITY

Join Mrs. Kathy to craft it forward and create fleece beds
for homeless cats. The soft and cozy beds will be donated to ARF animal
shelter.
SPRING CLEANING

It’s that time of year again, and the Young
Adult books need to be cleaned. If you need
volunteer hours or you just want to pitch in,
come help us out for 1 to 3 hours. Grab a friend and come ready to clean!
HUMANE EDUCATION PRESENTATION
Tuesday, April 25th 7pm
Do you care about animals? Learn how they can benefit from
the actions you take and the choices you make everyday. Representatives from
the Humane Society of the United States will discuss ways in which you can get
involved in your own communities.
PATIENT PLAY BOOKS
Wednesday, April 26th

There are more than 6 million
children hospitalized each year. Being in the
hospital can be really scary, especially for kids. Join us to create activity
books to brighten their stay!
Registration is required for all the above programs.
Register beginning April 1st at the Adult Reference Desk or www.northbellmorelibrary.org.
Preference will be given to NBL patrons. All programs are open to grades 5-12.
Community service hours and/or certificates will be awarded for each program.
