We hope everyone had a great summer! And a big thank you to all the amazing participants of our Teen SRC! We are now ready for the school year to begin! Our new Library is open!! More importantly...we now have a TEEN ROOM!! Come in and check out our new space dedicated to YOU! We have new computers, spaces for group study, places to plug-in, or grab a book from the YA collection and un-plug on a comfy chair. And don’t forget...we are here to help with any school projects or research! We have access to many databases with valuable information and support for your schoolwork, available in the library and from home. We also have a lot of fun programs and events planned for this school year.
Upcycling Program
Monday, September 9th and Wednesday, September 11th 3:30-4:30pm
Want to learn how to turn your trash into something useful? Join Ms. Hannah to learn about upcycling and what it does for our environment. Open to grades 2-6. Please register in advance.
Chess Club
Tuesday, September 24th 7-8:30pm
Do you like to play chess? Want to learn how to play? Join the NBL Chess Club! All skill levels welcome. Chess boards will be provided. Open to grades 3 and up. Please register in advance.
